Lyndsay Thompson

As Director of Client Relations, Lyndsay partners with HFG’s benefit groups to act as an extension of the client’s Human Resource Department.  Utilizing over 14 years of experience in insurance and account management, she has a proven track record of identifying win-win solutions by being a subject matter expert and providing personalized service.

Prior to joining the HFG Team, Lyndsay gained professional experience working as an Account Executive specializing in the transportation and manufacturing industries in a multistate territory.  Within her first 5 years of working in the insurance field, she earned both her Certified Insurance Counselor and Accredited Advisor of Insurance designations.  Lyndsay also has experience as a Financial Aid Officer and Student Account Manager in higher education, allowing her to assist hundreds of students in achieving their individual goals.  She was recognized as a national leader in Student Management by receiving the 2015 iTEACH Award.

Lyndsay majored in Finance at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee and graduated magna cum laude while playing Division I volleyball.

Outside of work, Lyndsay loves to listen to live music, travel with her husband, Kevin, and spend time with her two daughters, Hayley and Abby Grace.  Lyndsay also spends time volunteering with both Habitat for Humanity and the Nashville Adult Literacy Council.
